OSHKOSH – St. Norbert College sophomore
Jacob Klitzke reset the school record in the hammer throw at the UW-Oshkosh Open at Titan Stadium.
Klitzke (pictured) popped a heave of 163 feet 6 inches to erase a 20-year-old St. Norbert record.
Most of St. Norbert's roster competed at the Beloit College Relays, with the Green Knights taking the team title at Strong Stadium. The Green Knights scored 238.33 points to best runner-up Beloit's 178.33 points.
Alex Myszewski won the long jump and triple jump, posting marks of 21-0 3/4 and 44-5, respectively.
Ryan Flood also picked up a win in a field event with a height of 6-0 in the high jump.
Christian Lopez won the 10,000-meter run in 33:34.44, while
Drew Bolder claimed the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:33.89.
