Mission Statement


The mission of the St. Norbert College department of intercollegiate athletics is to provide student-athletes with a quality experience that is intellectually, spiritually and personally challenging. It exists within an environment that has, at its core, the health and welfare of its student-athletes and the fair and equitable treatment of them. The program promotes student growth in athletic skills, leadership, spirituality, teamwork, self-discipline and sportsmanship. This mission is supported by the philosophy and goals of NCAA Division III.
