Career Highlights: Scored 3 points in the 200m dash while also being a part of the winning DMR and winning 4x4 relays at the 2023 NACC Indoor Championships to help the team defend their title… Scored 1 point at the 2022 NACC Outdoor Championships with an 8th place finish in the 400m to help the team sweep the 2022 season titles.
2023: Indoor: Started out the season very strong with a personal record in the 300m with a time of 38.07 seconds at the Stevens Point Invite. The following week he competed in the 4x4 relay at the Indiana University Invite where he helped the team to a 4th place finish amongst DI competition. Notable performances on the year include; resetting his personal record in the 400m twice, peaking with a 52.51 at the Ripon Invite, and resetting his 200m personal record on three separate occasions, peaking with a time of 23.24 to finish 6th at the NACC Championships. At the championships he also competed as the 400m leg on the winning DMR, and the anchor leg of the 4x4 relay that won as well. Those performances helped the team win their third consecutive outdoor title.
2022: Indoor: Had a solid start to his Green Knight career competing in the 200m, and the 400m events. His season bests included; a 54.54 showing in the 400m at the Oshkosh Titan Invite, and a 24.68 time at the Stevens Point Invite.
Outdoor: Started the outdoor season with two big personal records with a time of 53.89 in the 400m and 24.05 in the 200m at the Beloit Invite. Carried that momentum throughout the rest of the season and had his best meet of the season at the NACC championships with two huge personal records in the 400m. First going 52.57 in prelims to qualify for finals, and then running 52.53 in finals to take 8th to score a point for the team.
