Career Highlights: Anchored the winning DMR at the 2023 NACC Indoor Championships to help the team win back to back titles… Scored 2 points at the 2022 NACC Outdoor Championships with a 7th place finish in the 3k steeplechase to help the team sweep the 2022 season titles... Personal records include: 2:02.70 in the 800m, 4:20.51 in the 1500m, 4:33.66 in the mile, 9:17.07 in the 3k, 1:00.48 in the 400 hurdles, and 10:12.62 in the 3k steeplechase.
 
2023: Indoor: Continued to build on his success from the previous season to set a personal record in the 3k with a time of 9:17.07 at the Whitewater Invite. Later set another personal record in the 800m with a time of 2:02.70 at the Oshkosh Titan Invite. Finally, wrapped the season up by running the mile leg of the DMR at the Conference Championships where he ran an unofficial personal record of 4:29.
 
2022: Indoor: Started the season off racing in the 3k at the Red Hawk Opener where he ran a time of 9:21.14. Ran a big personal record in the mile at the Oshkosh Invite where he crossed the finish line in 4:33.66. Later competed in the mile at the NACC championships. Outdoor: Experienced great success across the season where he found his two main events, the 400m hurdles and 3k steeplechase. He set a personal record in the steeplechase with a time of 10:12.62 at the St. Norbert Invite. The following week he set a personal record in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:00.48 at the St. Norbert Quad. At the NACC championships he took 7th scoring 2 points in the steeplechase despite being thrown to the ground in the middle of the race. He also competed in the 400m hurdles at the NACC championships.
