STEVENS POINT - St. Norbert College claimed the team title at the UW-Stevens Point Alumni Open while resuming its indoor track and field season.
The Green Knights totaled 251.5 points, while UW-Stevens Point had 196.5 points.
Sydney Spaeth claimed three first-place finishes, winning the 60-meter hurdles (9.81), long jump (17-1 1/2) and triple jump (36-0). Also getting first-place finishes were
Lauren Rottier (200 dash, 27.28),
Isabella Galindo (pole vault, 9-0 1/4) and
Miani Blackwell (shot put, 40-0 3/4). The 4x400-meter relay of
Katie Schultz,
Kennedy Marquardt,
Olivia Ship and
Julie Dunkel won with a time of 4:29.29.
