GENEVA, Ohio – St. Norbert College sophomore Eden Maranell just missed out on All-America honors at the 2025 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championship at SPIRE Institute.
 
Maranell finished in 17th place in the triple jump, one place short of garnering at least second team All-America honors.
 
Maranell scratched on her first two attempts and then went 38 feet 6 1/4 inches (11.74 meters) on her final attempt.
 
The cut for the nine-contestant finals was 39-1 3/4 (11.93 meters). Washington University in St. Louis' Ebunoluwa Opata was the national champion with a distance of 42-6 1/4 (12.96 meters).
