DE PERE – St. Norbert College junior Hunter Garvey has been named to the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association's Three Stars of the Week, announced today by the conference office.  

Garvey, a San Diego, Calif., native, earned a shutout win over Milwaukee School of Engineering in Sunday's 9-0 victory, making 29 saves. He also recorded a rare assist, with his helper coming on the ninth and final goal of the game. He also made 20 stops in the 5-2 win in the opening game of the weekend.  

The award is the third in Garvey's career.
