DE PERE – St. Norbert College sophomore Jacob Klitzke has been named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference's Field Athlete of the Week for a fourth time this season, announced today by the conference office.  

Klitzke, a Shiocton native and graduate, broke the oldest remaining outdoor record in the shot put with a toss of 54 feet 4 inches at the University of St. Francis Fighting Chance Invitational last weekend. The throw put Klitzke in the top 20 of the NCAA Division III ranks and helped him earn a berth at the Outdoor Championship later this week.  

The award is the fifth for Klitzke in his career.
