
DE PERE – St. Norbert College resides in second place after the first day of the 2025 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championship at Schneider Stadium.
Through six of 21 events, Milwaukee School of Engineering has 88 points, followed by St. Norbert's 64 points. Aurora University is in a distant third place with 27 points.
St. Norbert's performance in the pole vault led the first day of action for the Green Knights, who swept the podium.
Aiden Anderson (pictured, middle) popped up a height of 16 feet 10 inches to set new records for St. Norbert, Schneider Stadium, the NACC and the NACC Championship. Anderson's height is currently third-best in NCAA Division III.
Ezra Schermacher (pictured, far right) was second at 15-8 1/4, while
Evan Koelemay (pictured, far left) was third at 14-8 1/2.
Maddix Mueller finished in second place in the triple jump at 44-7 and added a fourth-place showing in the javelin throw at 151-2.
Alex Myszewski was third in the triple jump at 44-2, while
Hunter Thiel was fourth at 44-2.
Jacob Klitzke added a third-place showing in the discus throw at 141-6.
Christian Lopez placed fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at 9:54.38.
Jonathan Timm finished sixth in the javelin throw at 143-4, while
Jacob Sawicki was sixth in the discus throw at 128-7.
