Career Highlights: Four time NACC athlete of the week. NACC freshman of the year, and field athlete of the year at 2023 indoor conference. Earned podium finishes in four events by setting a conference record in pole vault to win the event, won high jump, also took 2nd in long jump, and 60m hurdles. Those four events scored him 36 points at the meet. Tied the school record in the heptathlon with a score of 4815 at the final qualifier on March 4th to rank him 9th in the country and qualify him for nationals.
2023: Indoor: Won NACC athlete of the week (2/25) for his 36 point performance at the conference championships, winning high jump with a height of 1.96 meters and pole vault with a mark of 4.61 meters that set the conference record, while taking 2nd in 60m hurdles with a time of 8.62 seconds, and long jump with a mark of 6.62 meters. Won NACC athlete of the week (2/12) after setting three personal records (at the time) in the 60m, pole vault, and high jump. Won NACC athlete of the week (1/29) after completing his first heptathlon where his score ended up putting him in the top 20 in the country. Competed in another heptathlon where he increased his score by almost 200 points to qualify him for the national meet, and won yet another NACC athlete of the week with that effort. Competed at nationals where he took 9th in the heptathlon.
