GRANVILLE, Ohio – St. Norbert College sophomore Owen Pittenger made history this weekend, becoming the first athlete in program history to compete at an NCAA Diving Regional, taking part in the Central Regional hosted by Denison University.
Pittenger qualified for the event following his performance at the Midwest Conference Championship last week, after scoring 463.60 points in the 1-meter dive and setting a new school record.
Pittenger placed 16th in both the 3-meter dive and 1-meter dive , scoring 339.85 points in the 3-meter and 374.65 in the 1-meter.
