DE PERE – St. Norbert College junior Jacob Klitzke has been named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference's Men's Field Athlete of the Week for a seventh time this season, announced today by the conference office.  

Klitzke, a Shiocton native and graduate, set a new school record in the hammer throw at the UW-Oshkosh Invitational, throwing for 176 feet 8 inches. The heave is currently the 34th best in Division III this season.  

He also won the shot put with a throw of 54 feet 2 1/2 inches.  

The award is the 12th overall in his career.
