
GREEN BAY - St. Norbert College squared off against primarily scholarship competition at the UW-Green Bay Phoenix Open at the Phoenix Alumni Cross Country Course.
The Green Knights finished seventh out of nine teams with 202 points. UW-Stevens Point won the team title with 46 points, while Green Bay was second with 66 points. The Phoenix's Noah Jahnke won the 8,000-meter race with a time of 24:23.6, besting a field of 126 entrants.
Lars Huffman topped St. Norbert's efforts with 39th-place overall finish in 26:20.6. 
Christian Lopez (pictured) placed 49th with a time of 26:39.8, while 
Kyan Lynts was 50th in 26:44.1.
Jacob Wellons placed 63rd overall in a time of 27:12.2, while 
Michael Chudy was 85th in 27:37.9. 
Carson Hammer finished 95th in 28:19.7, while 
Will Cascio was 98th in 28:23.6.
