REDLANDS, Calif. - St. Norbert College began its outdoor track and field season with a group of thinclads competing at the University of Redlands Invitational at Ted Runner Stadium.
The Green Knights women had three first-place finishes at the unscored meet.
Bijou Phillips claimed the 800-meter run in 2:23.17, while
Olivia Ship took the 1,500-meter run in 5:04.60.
Eden Maranell won the triple jump in 37-10.
The St. Norbert men had three second-place finishes.
Lars Huffman was runner-up in the 800-meter run in 2:00.61.
Austin Welsch took second in the long jump at 22-10 3/4, while
Jacob Klitzke was second in the shot put at 49-9 1/4.
