DE PERE – St. Norbert College junior Eden Maranell has been named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference's Women's Track Athlete of the Week, announced today by the conference office.  

Maranell, a Howards Grove native and graduate, set a new school record and top conference time in the 200-meter dash at the University of Texas Relays, clocking in at 24.87 seconds while setting the top NACC time by nearly a full second. Also set the conference's second-best time in the 100-meter hurdles in 15.24 seconds and the NACC's fourth-best time in the 800-meter run in 2:27.69.  

The award is her fourth individual win this year and her 11th overall.
