CHICAGO - St. Norbert College fell 3-0 to North Park University in a non-conference match at North Park Gym.

The Green Knights fell to the Vikings 27-25, 25-7, 25-23.

St. Norbert rallied from deficits of 16-9 and 23-20 in Set 1, going on a 4-0 run to get to set point with a 24-23 lead off a Jake Bettag kill. The set was then tied at 24-24 and 25-25 before the Vikings got the last two points to win the set. The Green Knights were within 17-16 in Set 3 before North Park went on a 4-1 run to get some breathing room.

The Green Knights had 22 kills against 16 errors in 81 swings. Bettag and Josh Hauke had four kills each, while Morgan Wilson had three. Eddie Pacula had 12 assists, while Michael Whitney added seven. Bettag finished with four blocks, while Pacula and Jake Krueger had two apiece.

North Park hit .342 for the match, with 42 kills and 15 errors in 79 attempts. Vicente Cabrera had 11 kills to lead the Vikings.
