St. Norbert College

Career: One varsity letter.

2020: NACC Scholar-Athlete. Appeared in all 18 matches and 61 sets during the program’s first campaign. Blasted a program-high 20 kills in a five-set win over St. Vincent. Totaled 142 kills, 42 blocks and 76 digs on the year for per-set averages of 2.33, .69 and 1.25, respectively.

Before SNC: Helped to start and build the new boys’ volleyball program at Oak Creek High School, where he was a four-year letter-winner and earned second-team all-conference honors in 2018. Was also a letter-winner in tennis. Completed his club career as a member of the Milwaukee Volleyball Club, following stints at Next Level Volleyball Club, Wisconsin Juniors and Milwaukee Sting.

Personal: Majoring in biomedical sciences with a minor in Spanish. Hopes to work in the healthcare field. Son of Jim and Patricia Hauke. Has one sister, Lizzie. Birthdate is June 19, 2001.

“Josh was a very important recruit for us in the inaugural class. Having been a part of a new boy’s program at Oak Creek he knew the challenge and rewards of being a part of something new. His club pedigree and overall volleyball ability allow him to play nearly every position on the floor should the need arise. He is a dynamic athlete with tremendous jumping ability and swing speed. It is clear to see Josh’s value to the growth of the program in the coming seasons and I can’t wait to see how he continues to improve as a huge piece of our team.”
