Box Score FOND DU LAC - St. Norbert College got a third-period goal to slip past Marian University 2-1 in a Northern Collegiate Hockey Association game at Blue Line Family Ice Center.

The Green Knights (14-3-3, 10-0-1 NCHA), ranked No. 14 in the USCHO.com Division III Poll, remained unbeaten in conference play thanks to Courtnie Hogan's goal just one minute into the third period. Hogan's marker, her ninth of the season, was assisted by Natalie Hogan.

Marian would get a power-play at 5:31 of the third period, but the Green Knights killed it off. The Sabres then had 36 seconds of extra-attacker time but came up empty.

St. Norbert took a 1-0 lead in the first period on Josephine Mahlum's goal at 18:25, her fourth of the season. Erin Huerta and Eve Parker registered assists. Marian answered in the second period with a goal by Madeline Chimenti at 5:28.

The Green Knights would outshoot Marian 33-15. Evi Johnson turned in a 14-save performance for St. Norbert, while Kayla Kolpitcke made 31 stops for the Sabres.

Marian was 0-for-2 on the power play, while St. Norbert did not have a power play as the Sabres were not cited for any penalties.
