Sara DeGroot set earlier this season. Kowalkowski cleared 12 feet 2 1/2 inches to erase the old mark of 11-3 3/4 - nearly 11 inches. The height set a Strong Stadium record and is also the second-best mark in NCAA Division III outdoor competition this season.
