
OSHKOSH - St. Norbert College competed at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge, while also sending a relay team to the UW-La Crosse Caged Eagle Invitational on Friday, where the 4x400-meter relay team turned in a historic performance.
The quartet of
Eden Maranell,
Madison Gramblicka,
Madi Crossman, and
Katie Smith (pictured left to right) combined to run 3:53.55, posting the third-fastest time in school history. This time also breaks the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference record by more than five seconds, surpassing the mark set by the same group last year at the UW-La Crosse Final Qualifier. The time currently ranks 14th in NCAA Division III this season, with the top 12 relays advancing to nationals.
At Oshkosh,
Ella Gasperich captured a first-place finish in the weight throw with a mark of 44-9.
