
RIPON - St. Norbert College placed second out of 11 teams with 107.5 points at the Ripon College Dick Hendricks Invite, finishing just a half point behind first-place Carroll University, who totaled 108 points.
The Green Knights recorded six event victories.
Madi Crossman won the 60-meter dash in 7.86 seconds, while
Casey Vaughan (pictured) claimed first in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.49.
Camdyn Guevara-Derber added a victory in the 1-mile run, crossing in 5:34.69, and
Bijou Phillips captured the 3,000-meter run in 11:03.64.
In the field events,
Eden Maranell earned a pair of first-place finishes, winning the long jump with a mark of 18 feet 1/2 inches and the triple jump at 36-5 3/4.
