DE PERE – St. Norbert College junior Taylor Thiry has been named a first-team All-Region 8 selection by D3hoops.com, announced today by the website.  

Thiry, a Casco native and Luxemburg-Casco High School graduate, averaged 15.8 points and 6.6 rebounds a game while shooting 63 percent from the floor. She led the conference in field goal percentage and in points scored with 412. Thiry was named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Player of the Year, a first-team All-NACC selection and the conference's Player of the Week four times.  

The Green Knights finished the season 22-5, winning a share of the NACC regular season championship and advancing to the conference tournament final.
