APPLETON – St. Norbert College rolled to a 5-0 win over Lawrence University, with five different Green Knights scoring a goal in a non-conference game at the Banta Bowl.
The Green Knights (2-4) went up 2-0 going into the half before adding three second half goals and a shutout for their second win of the season. St. Norbert had more than three times as many shots as the Vikings did, with 15 of 25 St. Norbert shots hitting on target.
Yosef Navarro scored the opener at 27:24 with an unassisted attempt, while Thomas Raundalen added a second at 41:48 off an assist from Joe Lewcock. Hayden Dunn made it 3-0 shortly after halftime, slotting away his first goal of the season from a Kevin Ramirez assist at 49:14.
Kenzo Sly-Umebayashi, who made his season debut against the Vikings, scored to make it 4-0 at 69:46 with assists from Will Swicionis and Evan Capelle. Brock Stephens (pictured) completed the rout with just over five minutes remaining with a CJ Bach assist to make it 5-0.
The Green Knights outshot Lawrence 25-7 and led in corners 4-0. Ben Swicionis and Alex Sada had three shots each, while Navarro and Dunn had two.
Jackson Kiszka, Adan Martinez-Ponce and Teodor Sand all saw action in goal making a combined four saves.
