DE PERE – St. Norbert College has been named the recipient of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference's women's All-Sports Award championship.
The Green Knights totaled an average of 13.167 with 118.5 points in nine sports, topping Concordia University Wisconsin's index of 12.533 and 125.3 points in 10 sports. Aurora University came in third with an index of 12.167 and 109.5 points in nine sports. It is the second time since joining the NACC the Green Knights have won the women's All-Sports Award, the first since its inaugural year of 2021-22.
The system awards points for a program's regular-season league finish as well as bonus points for advancement during a NACC tournament.
This past year, St. Norbert took home three women's conference championships. Women's track and field extended their streak to 10-straight indoor and outdoor conference championships, while women's basketball took a share of the regular season crown.
The Green Knights have a total of 18 conference women's All-Sports Awards, with 16 coming in the Midwest Conference before moving to the NACC in 2021.
St. Norbert also placed third in the men's standings, totaling an index of 11.050 with 110.5 points in 10 sports. Milwaukee School of Engineering placed first with an index of 13.4 and 134 points in 10 sports, while Aurora was second with 132.5 points and an index of 13.250 in 10 sports.
The Green Knights won men's conference titles in indoor and outdoor track and field, while men's basketball claimed the NACC Tournament championship.
