DE PERE – St. Norbert College senior Marissa Lorenz has been named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Women's Field Athlete of the Week, announced today by the conference office.  

Lorenz, a Brillion native and graduate, placed second in the triple jump and third in the long jump at the Sewanee Mountain Laurel Invitational. In the triple jump, she went for a distance of 36 feet 2/14 inches and in the long jump recorded a distance of 16 feet 5/3 inches. Her marks are tied for first in the long jump and ranks second in the triple jump in the NACC.  

The award is the first in her career.
