DE PERE – St. Norbert College has been selected to finish third in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference's annual pre-season poll of the league's coaches and sports information directors.
The Green Knights totaled 295 points and four first-place votes. Concordia University Wisconsin was the pre-season favorite with 305 points and eight first-place votes. Milwaukee School of Engineering was picked second with 302 points and 10 first-place votes. Wisconsin Lutheran College received four first-place votes and 277 points to come in fourth.
St. Norbert will play UW-Green Bay in an exhibition contest tomorrow and will officially open its season next Friday at UW-Eau Claire. Conference play will begin on November 24 against Lakeland University at home.
