MEQUON – St. Norbert College stayed on pace in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference with a 2-0 win over Concordia University Wisconsin at Fitting Field, securing a conference tournament berth in the process.

The Green Knights (9-6, 7-2 NACC) went ahead early in the first half and added a second shortly after halftime to take another step closer to a top-half finish in the conference.

Davis Vega (pictured) scored his first goal of the season at 12:14 to make it 1-0 off an assist from Hayden Dunn, his fourth of the season. Kevin Ramirez scored his third of the season in the second half, giving the Green Knights a 2-0 lead at 58:57 with the helper coming from Dominic Lagona.

St. Norbert outshot the Falcons 16-13 and led in corners 5-3. Jackson Kiszka made four saves to keep a clean sheet.

Dunn and Ramirez both had three shots. Everett Saeger and Payton Schilz each had two looks on goal.

This contest was the final road game for the Green Knights in the regular season, who will play the final three games of the NACC slate at Schneider Stadium starting next Wednesday against Lakeland University.
