MILWAUKEE – St. Norbert College scored four unanswered goals after falling behind early against Milwaukee School of Engineering, coming back to win 4-1 in a Northern Collegiate Hockey Association game at Kern Center.
The Green Knights (14-4, 9-2 NCHA) were caught off guard by an early Raiders goal at 7:22 in the first period, but would find their way back into the game from a Dayton Deics goal just several minutes later at 12:08 off assists from Logan Dombrowsky (pictured) and Blake Ulve. Liam Fraser would score his eighth game-winning goal of the season at 5:17 in the second period, with Dombrowsky again providing an assist along with Curtis Hammond.
Dombrowsky completed his three-point night with a goal in the third period at 10:48, with the assist coming from Cooper Morris.
Carter Hottman then put the game to bed with under three minutes remaining, scoring on an empty net at 17:48.
With the win, head coach Tim Coghlin moved to ninth all-time in NCAA hockey career coaching wins with 674.
St. Norbert outshot MSOE 27-25. Hunter Garvey made 24 stops for St. Norbert, with 13 of them coming in the second period. Austin Schwab made 23 saves for the Raiders. Casey Roepke scored MSOE's lone goal.
The Green Knights went 0-for-3 on the power play, while MSOE went 0-for-6.
