DE PERE – St. Norbert College fell to Lawrence University in one of the Green Knights final non-conference games, conceding early in the first half in what would turn out to be a 4-0 loss.
The Vikings would get on the scoreboard just 46 seconds into the game, as the Green Knights couldn't seem to catch a break in the opening minutes of the game. In the first 25 minutes of the game, the Green Knights conceded eight shots, including Lawrence's second goal scored by Kylie Melonis at 23:10.
St. Norbert only managed three shots on goal in the first half, while Lawrence had 12.
Abby Thompson got the Green Knights first shot on target in the second half, which turn out to be the only one of the contest for St. Norbert.
Cambrie Rickard would score a brace for the Vikings late in the second half to put the game out of reach.
St. Norbert was outshot 22-5 by the Vikings. Lawrence had six corner kicks compared to the Green Knights' three.
Lilly Collins made seven saves, including four in the second half.
