DE PERE - St. Norbert College got rolling offensively and never slowed down in a convincing 3-0 win over Concordia University Chicago in a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference match at Mulva Family Fitness & Sports Center.
The Green Knights trimmed the Cougars 25-16, 25-14, 25-8 in a match that lasted 59 minutes.
St. Norbert led Set 1 16-12 before going on a quick 3-0 spurt to get some breathing room. The Green Knights led Set 2 12-8 before a 5-1 run gained some separation. St. Norbert jumped out to an 8-1 lead in the third set and saw a 9-4 lead quickly rupture into a 17-6 advantage.
St. Norbert hit a lofty .393, with 41 kills against eight errors in 84 attempts.
