HOLLAND, Mich. - St. Norbert College outshot Hope College but neither team could find the back of the cage as the two sides fought to a 0-0 tie in a non-conference match at Van Andel Soccer Stadium.
Both teams had four shots in the first half, while St. Norbert held a 7-3 edge in the second half for an 11-7 nod for the match.
Tyler Bonin and
Kevin Ramirez had three shots each, while
John OConnor had two. St. Norbert had a possession time of 53 percent.
Nate Jocz made two saves for St. Norbert. Daniel Hesselbein turned away five shots for the Flying Dutchmen.
Hope had a 7-5 edge in corner kicks and also committed 10 fouls to the Green Knights' six.
