Green Knights Face Raiders In NACC Twinbill

MILWAUKEE - St. Norbert College faced Milwaukee School of Engineering in a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference doubleheader, dropping a pair of games by scores of 9-1 and 8-1 at MSOE Raiders Field.

The Green Knights fell behind in the opener when MSOE scored three runs in the third inning. St. Norbert got its only run in the top of the fourth on an RBI double by Addison Race. The Raiders scored five runs in the bottom of the fourth and once in the bottom of the fifth to end the game.

St. Norbert had two hits in the game, with Race taking the loss in the circle.

The Green Knights scored first in Game 2 when Elizabeth Stuebs homered to center field. St. Norbert's 1-0 lead held up into the fifth inning until the Raiders scored five runs in the fifth and three runs in the sixth.

The Green Knights finished with four hits in the nightcap. Stuebs took the loss in 4 2/3 innings of work.
