WAUWATOSA - St. Norbert College finished its season with a split of a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference doubleheader against Wisconsin Lutheran College, dropping the opener 5-2 before taking the nightcap 7-4 at Neumann Family Field.

Allison Ardito was a perfect 6-for-6 on the day, including a four-hit effort to lead the way in Game 2.
St. Norbert took a first-inning lead in the nightcap, scoring a run after Ardito doubled and
Lilly Haase drove her home with a single. The Green Knights added a run in the second inning on a
Meredith Manke RBI single and two more runs in the third on another RBI single by Haase and a run-scoring grounder from
Meghan Gonnering to take a 4-0 edge.
The Warriors got two runs back with single runs in the third and fourth innings. St. Norbert got the two runs back in the top of the fifth on a two-run double by
Zoe Zasada. Wisconsin Lutheran would respond with two runs in its half of the fifth to get to within 6-4. The Green Knights picked up an insurance run in the sixth on an RBI single by Ardito.
The Green Knights totaled 14 hits. Ardito was 4-for-4 with two runs scored, while Manke was 3-for-3 and Haase was 3-for-4.
Elizabeth Stuebs picked up a complete-game win, scattering 11 hits with three walks and four strikeouts.
In the opener, Wisconsin Lutheran scored one in the first and two in the third to take a 3-0 lead. St. Norbert got a run in the fourth when Haase doubled in Ardito, but the Warriors scored two in the bottom half for a 5-1 lead. The Green Knights got a run in the sixth on a
Bailie Thielen RBI single, but would get no closer.
Ardito was 2-for-2 with two runs scored as St. Norbert had six total hits.
Addison Race took the loss, allowing seven hits in 3 1/3 innings pitched.
