DE PERE - St. Norbert College lost a pair of close sets and ultimately dropped a 3-1 decision to Edgewood College in a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference match at Mulva Family Fitness & Sports Center.
The Green Knights (13-9, 8-2 NACC) fell to the Eagles (15-9, 8-2) by a 25-23, 18-25, 25-23, 25-19 score.
The first set featured nine ties, the last coming at 23-23 before the Eagles got the last two points on a block and service ace to take the set. St. Norbert was in control in Set 2, leading 12-7 and never leading by less than three points the rest of the period. St. Norbert built a 19-13 lead in the third set before the Eagles got to within 21-20. The Green Knights still had a 23-21 lead, but Edgewood scored the last four points to take a 2-1 lead. There were eight ties in Set 4, but the Green Knights never led as the Eagles closed out the win.
St. Norbert hit .263 in the match, with 57 kills and 17 errors in 152 attempts. 
Alyssa Mills and 
Brooke Clement had 13 kills apiece, while 
Molly Rader had 11 kills against one error in 23 swings. 
Ellie Hartson had 47 assists. Clement, Hartson and 
Skye McGill all had two service aces.
Erin Eggers finished with 21 digs, while Clement, Hartson and 
Kara Sowinski had 11 apiece. Rader had three blocks, with Clement, Hartson and 
Linnea Svennes adding two apiece.
Edgewood hit .265, with 56 kills and 17 errors in 147 attempts. Abigail Hoffmann and Abbey Falk had 10 kills apiece. The Eagles also had 11 service aces.
