DE PERE - St. Norbert College dropped its first Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference match of the season with a 3-0 loss to Aurora University at Mulva Family Fitness & Sports Center.
The Green Knights (7-8, 3-1 NACC) fell to the Spartans (12-6, 4-0) by a score 25-23, 25-17, 25-18.
In the opening set St. Norbert trailed 19-10 before going on a 9-1 run to get to within 20-19. The Green Knights could never get the score tied but were within 24-23 until the Spartans closed out the set. The third set was tied 15-15 before Aurora got some breathing room with three straight points.
St. Norbert hit .193 for the match, with 37 kills against 16 errors in 109 attempts. 
Alyssa Mills had 12 kills, while 
Brooke Clement added nine kills. 
Ellie Hartson had 34 assists. Clement added four service aces.
Erin Eggers totaled 15 digs, while Clement and 
Lauren Borchardt had nine each. 
Linnea Svennes had two blocks.
Aurora hit .259 for the match, with 43 kills against 14 errors in 112 attempts. Sydnei Avery had 15 kills to lead the Spartans.
