Green Knights Drop Match at MSOE

MILWAUKEE - St. Norbert College lost 3-0 to Milwaukee School of Engineering in a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference matchup at Viets Field.

The match was a makeup from a weather postponement on Oct. 20. The Green Knights can clinch the No. 5 seeding for the upcoming NACC Tournament with a win Thursday at Alverno College.

The Raiders jumped ahead with three goals in the first 17 minutes and cruised to the win. Emma Halverson scored at 3:10, Louisa Essuman at 13:22 and Grace Quinn at 16:35.

MSOE outshot St. Norbert 28-5 and had a 3-1 edge in corner kicks. The Raiders had 11 fouls to St. Norbert's seven.

Lilly Collins made six saves for St. Norbert, while a pair of MSOE goalkeepers combined on three saves.
