St. Norbert College

Before SNC: Lettered in volleyball one season at Shawano (WI). Played club volleyball during high school for Wisconsin Blaze under coaches Anna and Jim Kossow. Named to the 2024 WIAA DII All-Tournament team for her play helping earn the Hawks a runner-up finish at state. Also selected as an All-Bay Conference honorable mention honoree in 2024. 
 
Personal: Currently deciding major with hopes of entering the dental field following graduation. Daughter of Rory and Lisa Buss. Has three siblings; Josh, Cherish, and Noah. Birthdate is Jul. 23.
 
Coach Bryant on Buss…
“Gracie is a player that is only scratching the surface of what she can accomplish on a volleyball court. Her play during the 2024 high school season and, especially, through her team’s state tournament run was incredible. She has developed into a very strong six-rotation player and will absolutely take further strides in the collegiate gym. It will be very exciting to see how year one goes this season; we’re hoping for big things.”
