Peter Delzer is in his second year as assistant coach for throws in 2025-26.
Delzer helped coach Jacob Klitzke to two NCAA Division III Championship appearances in 2025, with Klitzke becoming the first Green Knight thrower in program history to qualify for an NCAA Indoor National Championship and the second since 1998 to qualify for an outdoor championship.
Delzer was originally an assistant coach at Carroll when he began in 2016 and in 2020 was promoted to associate head coach. In 2022, Delzer was selected as the USTFCCCA women's national assistant coach of the year and north region women's assistant coach of the year. In 2021, he was also selected the men's midwest region assistant coach of the year by the USTFCCCA.
A graduate of UW-Oshkosh, Delzer holds a degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in strength and conditioning.
