Ally Johnson is in her second year as St. Norbert College Director of Student-Athlete Experience/Assistant Women's Hockey Coach in 2025-26.
Johnson arrived at St. Norbert after spending the 2023-24 season as the Director of Hockey Operations for the women's hockey program at the University of Vermont.
Johnson, a Slinger native, played five seasons at the University of Maine. Johnson played in 152 career games for the Black Bears, scoring 18 goals and 18 assists for 36 points. Following her college career, Johnson played professionally for one season with the Skelleftea AIK in Skelleftea, Sweden.
Johnson holds bachelor's and master's degrees in kinesiology and physical education from the University of Maine.
