Lydia Ulrich is in her first season as associate head coach for men's and women's track & field in 2025-26.
Ulrich comes to St. Norbert after serving as an assistant coach at Berry College since 2022. A graduate of UW-Stevens Point, Ulrich earned her bachelor of science in health promotion and wellness and was a member of the track and field team, serving as a team captain from 2018-2020. She received her master's degree in physical education coaching of sport from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2022.
With Berry, Ulrich coached 28 student-athletes to school records and helped lead Berry to Southern Athletic Association Outdoor Championships in 2023 and 2024. She also coached Jahari Jones to four NCAA Division III Championship appearances in the 200- and 400-meter dashes, earning All-American status all four times.
Prior to her time at Berry, she served as a graduate assistant for Southwest Minnesota State for two years, organizing strength and conditioning regimens, helping with team operations and designing social media content.
