Career: Three Varsity letters

2025: As primary libero for the team appeared in 87 sets over 25 matches. Totaled double-digit digs in 6 matches including a career and program best 23 vs. Edgewood College on 3/22 in a four set match. 160 total digs ranked second on the team.

2024: In his second year as the team's primary libero earned All-NACC honorable mention honors. His 260 digs and 2.92 digs per set currently sit as career and program bests. Became program's all-time digs leader (to date) vs. Calvin on Feb. 17. Scooped double-digit digs in 9 matches including a season-best 19 at UW-Stevens Point on 1/23.

2023: Stepped into a primary libero role through freshman campaign. Saw time in 88 sets over 26 matches compiling 230 digs and 56 assists on the year. Scooped a season best 22 digs setting an all-time SNC match record vs. Augustana on 2/11.

Before SNC: Four-year letter winner at Pius XI under coach Jake Nowak winning two Woodland Conference titles in 2019 and 2021. Twice named to the All-Woodland Conference first team in 2020 and 2021. Also lettered four times in golf. Played club for Milwaukee Volleyball Club for coach Mike Endsley.

Personal: Intended major is Marketing. Son of Rick and Maria Conway. Birthdate is Sep. 19. Has two sisters: Grace and Olivia.

"Ryan built on a terrific freshman campaign with an even stronger showing in 2024. Becoming the program's second All-NACC honoree, he has set the groundwork for even better things to come.
