Career: Competed in 21 meets, including three Midwest Conference Championships. Earned a total of 23 team points in those conference appearances. Has one conference championship and one NCAA Division III National Championship qualification. Holds the St. Norbert high jump record at 2.05 meters (6 feet 8.75 inches). Personal Records are 2.05 (6-8.75) in the high jump, 6.63 (21-9) in the long jump, and 12.48 (40-11.5) in the triple jump.
2020: Indoor: Had a great start to the season, finishing second overall in the high jump at the Emory Crossplex Showdown with a jump of 1.95 (6-4.75). At the Friday Night Spikes Invitational, he placed fourth in both the high jump and long jump. He cleared 1.96 (6-5) at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational & Multi to finish third. His mark of 6.63 (21-9) in the long jump was a new personal record and it earned a fourth-place finish at the Dick Hendricks Invitational. At the MWC Championship he made school history by setting the team record in the high jump. His clearance of 2.05 (6-8.75) also earned him a conference title. He also placed seventh in the long jump. His 11 team points helped the Green Knights to a second overall team finish. He qualified for the NCAA Division III National Meet the high jump prior to the meet being cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019: Indoor: At the Pointer Open Alumni, his first collegiate meet, he placed second in the high jump. At the Red Hawk Invite he finished in fifth place in the high jump with a clearance of 1.95 (6-4.75). At the MWC Championship he cleared 1.95 (6-4.75) in the high jump and finished third overall. At the Pointer Final Qualifier he cleared 1.91 (6-3.25) and finished in eighth place.
Outdoor: At the St. Norbert Midweek Meet he came in second place in the high jump. Added a third-place finish in the high jump at the St. Norbert Quad & Multi. Earned first collegiate win when he finished in first place in the high jump with a clearance of 1.95 (6-4.75) at the Viking Invitational. A week later at the MWC Championship he finished in third place in the high jump and set a new personal record with a jump of 2.00 (6-6.75). At the Gregory Final Qualifier cleared 1.96 (6-5).
Personal: Majoring in environmental science. Attended New Holstein High School. Enjoys cars and guitar. Birthdate is 04/11/2000.
