Career Highlights: Scored 10 points with a win in the 3k steeplechase at the 2021 Midwest Outdoor championships to help lead the team to a win… Scored 6 points with a 3rd place finish in the 5k with a time of 15:22.06 to help the team win the 2021 Wisconsin Private Championships… Scored 9 points with a 3rd place finish in the mile with a time of 4:27.06 and a 6th place finish in the 3k with a career best time of 9:06.08 at the 2020 Midwest conference indoor championships in a solid team effort. Notable personal records include; 2:03.83 in the 800m, 4:20.52 in the 1500m, 4:25.42 in the mile, 9:06.08 in the 3k, 9:56.63 in the 3k steeplechase, and 15:22.06 in the 5k.
2023: Indoor: Mainly focused on the mile and the 3k over the course of the season. His season best time in the 3k was 9:31.08 at the Lake Michigan Open hosted by Parkside. His season best in the mile came at Conference where he ran a time of 4:49.74.
2022: Did not compete during the season due to a study abroad in London.
2021: Indoor: Was invited to the very limited indoor meet. At this meet, he set a new career best in the mile with a time of 4:25.42, and also competed in the 4x4.
Outdoor: Experienced success all throughout the season. Currently has 3 of his career bests including the 1500m, 5k, and 3k steeple. At the first outdoor meet of the season, he set a personal record in the 5k with a time of 15:36.90 at the St. Norbert Equinox Meet before breaking that two weeks later with a 15:22.06 showing at the Private College Championships. Ran a career best in the 3k steeple at the Carroll Invite where he finished with a time of 9:56.63. Also ran a career best in the 1500m with a time of 4:20.52, and had a season best in the 800m with a time of 2:10.99 at the Green Knight Invite. Closed out the season with a win in the 3k steeplechase at the Midwest Conference Championships, and competed in the 5k to help the team win their first title since 2015.
2020: Indoor: At the Friday Night Spikes Invitational he finished fourth in the mile with a time of 4:34.10. Two weeks later at the Red Hawk Invite he earned a second-place finish in the mile. Ran in the distance medley relay that finished first at the Midwest Elite Invitational. At the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge he ran sub-4:30 in the mile and placed eighth in the event. At the MWC Championship he ran in the mile, 3k and the distance medley relay, earning six team points in the mile and three points in the 3k.
Personal: Majoring in business administration. Attended Oconomowoc High School. Enjoys running and listening to music. Birthdate is 7/21/01.
