Career Highlights: Competed in the 400m at the 2023 NACC Indoor Championships. Competed in the 400m hurdles at the 2022 NACC Outdoor Championships. Was a part of the 4x4 relay that took 3rd at the 2022 NACC Indoor Championships to help the team secure the title. Personal records include; 7.74 seconds in the 60m, 24.28 in the 200m, 38.98 in the 300m, 53.94 in the 400m, and 1:04.38 in the 400m hurdles.
 
2023: Indoor: Had a solid overall season that was capped off with competing at the NACC Championships. Notable performances include; personal record in the 60m with a time of 7.74 seconds at the Ripon RedHawk Invite, a season best in the 200m with a time of 24.62 seconds also at the Ripon Red Hawk Invite, and a season best in the 400m with a time of 54.80 at the Oshkosh Titan Invite.
 
2022: Indoor: Competed as part of the 4x4 relay in every meet on the year, capping off with being a part of the 3rd place finishing team at the Conference Meet. Other notable performances include; a personal record in the 200m with a time of 24.28 at the Stevens Point Invite, a season best of 54.65 at the Midwest Elite Invite hosted by Whitewater, and a personal record in the 300m with a time of 38.98 at the Ripon Opener. Outdoor: Started the season off with a personal record in the 400m with a time of 53.94 at the St. Norbert Invite. Other notable performances include; a personal record in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:04.38 at the NACC Championships, a season best of 24.32 in the 200m, and a season best of 12.24 seconds in the 100m.
