Career Highlights: Competed in two conference meets. Notable performances include running a personal record of 16:51.67 at the 2021 Wisconsin Private College Championships, running a personal best in the 3k of 9:47.78, and breaking 5 minutes in the mile for the first time with a 4:58.55 effort.
2023: Indoor: Saw personal success all throughout the season. Some notable performances on the year included personal records running a 4:58.55 mile at the Ripon Red Hawk Invite, a 9:47.78 3k at the Oshkosh Titan Invite, and a season best in the 5k at the conference meet with a time of 17:08.33.
2022: Indoor: Set himself up well for the outdoor season. Notable performances include; then personal bests in the mile with a 5:02.21, and the 800 with a 2:19.41 at the Whitewater Midwest Elite Invite, also set a then personal record with a time of 9:53.70 in the 3k at the Oshkosh Titan Invite.
Outdoor: Competed in limited meets due to injury. Ran his personal record in the 10k finishing the race with a time of 39:14.99 at the Beloit Invite. Later was a part of a 4x4 relay and ran a season best in the 3k with a time of 10:16.26 at the St. Norbert Quad.
2021: Indoor: No season due to Covid.
Outdoor: Had a very successful season highlighted by breaking the 17 minute barrier in the 5k for the first time with a 16:51.67 effort at the Wisconsin Private College Championships. Also set personal records in the 1500m with a time of 4:48.34, and the 800m with a time of 2:18.75 both at the Carroll Invite.
Personal: Majoring in psychology. Attended Kewaunee High School. Two-time WIAA Division 2 sectional qualifier in cross country. Second-team all-region as senior. Second-team all-conference as sophomore. Honorable mention all-conference as freshman and junior. Personal track records are 5:00.61 in the 1,600 and 10:45.12 in the 3,200. Personal record in cross country 5k is 17:19.4. Enjoys reading, running, and playing music. Birthdate is 4/24/02.
