Career Highlights: Scored 5 points with a 4th place finish in the heptathlon at the 2023 NACC indoor championships to help the Knights defend their title… Scored 2 points with a 7th place finish in the decathlon at the 2022 NACC outdoor championship in another winning effort… Scored 2 points with a 7th place finish in the heptathlon to help the team win their first ever indoor title at the 2022 NACC indoor championships… Scored 1 point with a 6th place finish in the 400 with a time of 55.35 at the 2021 Midwest Conference Championships to help the team win their first title since 2015. Notable personal records include; 54.64 seconds in the 400m, 10.22 seconds in the 60m hurdles, 1:05.31 in the 400m hurdles, 1.63 meters in high jump, 5.74 meters in long jump, a total heptathlon score of 3366, and a total decathlon score of 4106.
2023: Indoor: Continued to work on all of the new multi events. Set 6 new personal records over the course of the season, which include: 60m dash, long jump, shot put, pole vault, 60m hurdles, and the 600. He improved his 60m dash at conference from 7.8 to 7.77, long jump from 5.4 to 5.74, shot put from 8.19m to 9.8m, and pole vault from 2.43m to 2.53m. Those performances helped give him a new heptathlon score of 3366, up from the score of 3099 the previous year.
2022: Indoor: Started the season working on a new event in weight throw, eventually peaking with a toss of 9.48 meters. Later took on the challenge of being a multi and learned brand new events within the span of two weeks to compete in the heptathlon at conference where he took 7th with a score of 3099.
Outdoor: Continued to work on all the new multi events. Competed in four events at every meet to prepare him for the decathlon at the end of the season. At the conference meet, he had a personal record in 5 of the 10 decathlon events, those being; 100m dash, 110m hurdles, discus, javelin, and the 1500m run. With those performances, he finished with a score of 4106 which placed him 7th.
2021: Indoor: No season due to Covid.
Outdoor: Primarily focused on the 400m dash and the 400m hurdles. At the Private College Championships, he competed on the runner up 4x4 team that scored needed points to help the Knights capture the Private College Championship. In the 400m dash, he peaked with a time of 55.35 at the Midwest Conference championships to score a point for the team. He had a career best in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:05.31 at the Green Knight Invite. Other season bests included a 2:16.76 in the 800m at the Lawrence Invite, a 25.11 in the 200 at the Green Knight Invite, and a 5.58 long jump at the Green Knight Invite as well.
2020: Indoor: At the Red Hawk Invite, ran on the 4x400 relay that placed sixth with a time of 3:42.46. Placed in the Top 20 in the 200m dash at the Dick Hendricks Invitational. Ran his fastest 400m of the season at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge with a time of 54.64 seconds.
Personal: Majoring in communications. Attended Catholic Memorial High School. Enjoys playing poker and golfing. Birthdate is 9/22/00.
