Career: Competed in 15 meets, including one Midwest Conference Championship. Personal records are 4:46.23 in the mile, 9:31.35 in the 3k and 16:49.98 in the 5k.
2020: Indoor: Finished 14th overall in the mile with time of 4:54.64 at the Friday Night Spikes Invitational. At the Red Hawk Invitational ran the 800 and the mile. Ran personal best in the 3k at the Midwest Elite Invitational with time of 9:31.35. Fastest time in the mile came at the UW-Oshkosh Challenge at 4:46.23.
2019: Outdoor: At Carroll Alumni Open ran a personal record in the 800 and 1,500. At St. Norbert Midweek Meet earned a fourth-place finish in the 800 and a fifth-place finish in the 1,500. Time in the 5k of 16:49.98 at Lawrence Viking Invitational was new personal record. At the MWC Championship he ran the 5k.
Personal: Majoring in accounting. Attended Plymouth High School. Made it to a national championship for a trading card game. Birthday 5/13/00.
