Career: Two Varsity letters

2024: Posted her strongest statistical performance, to-date, over the course of the year. Saw action in 94 sets totaling 154 digs, 30 assists, and 24 service aces. Scooped double-digit dig totals in 6 matches including a season and career-best 24 vs. Dominican on 9/6.

2023: In first season of collegiate play saw time in 25 sets tallying 22 digs and 6 service aces.

Before SNC: Three-year letter winner at Plymouth High School. Also lettered twice in track & field. Played club volleyball for One Wisconsin.

Personal: Intended major is Marketing. Daughter of Alison and Tony Leynse. Has one brother, Max. Birthdate is Jun. 15.

“Claire made huge strides as a defender through the 2024 season. She was asked to fill several roles in the back court as a Libero, DS, and serving sub. Her competitiveness is second to none and I am confident that she can be a leader for our team and the defender group.
