Rob Huberty is in his first season as defensive coordinator in 2025.
Huberty arrived at St. Norbert after serving as the defensive line coach and recruiting coordinator at the University of Dubuque in 2024. He was the defensive coordinator with the Spartans from 2018 to 2023. Huberty also served as defensive coordinator at Augsburg University from 2016 to 2018 and coached linebackers as a graduate assistant at Concordia University-St. Paul from 2013 to 2016.
Huberty, a Lena, Wis., native, played at NCAA Division II power University of Minnesota-Duluth from 2007 to 2011, winning national championships with the Bulldogs in 2008 and 2010.
