Justin White arrives at St. Norbert after one season at the University of Findlay, where he was the running backs coach. In his time there, he mentored the all-time leading rusher in Great Midwest Athletic history, Brian Benson, while also mentoring junior running back Garett Clark to All-Conference honors in the same season.
Prior to the University of Findlay, White was the running backs coach at the Defiance College in 2022. The Yellow Jackets’ ground game was statistically the best since 2010 and yielded an All-Conference performer in running back Tyshaun Freeman.
As a player, White spent four years at Kentucky Christian University where he played quarterback and was a team captain. White earned his Bachelor’s Degree in business administration.
